近5年富血小板血浆治疗膝关节骨关节炎的机制及疗效综述

摘要膝关节骨关节炎(knee osteoarthritis，KOA)是一种多因素的全关节疾病。近年来，生物疗法在治疗KOA方面表现出巨大的潜力，其中之一是通过向受累关节注射富血小板血浆(platelet-rich plasma，PRP)。Cohen等利用谷歌参数工具对公众热衷于KOA注射PRP的兴趣进行定量分析，证明自2009年来与PRP关节腔注射治疗KOA相关的谷歌搜索量显著增加。国外指南也肯定了PRP在治疗症状性KOA展现出良好的效果，但对于治疗方案仍未达成一致意见。本综述将详细介绍近5年来关于PRP治疗KOA的机制及临床研究，以供未来参考。
