Abstract:Objective To investigate the factors and countermeasures of deep venous thrombosis in elderly patients with hip replacement. Methods Patients who underwent hip arthroplasty in our hospital from January 2016 to October 2018 were enrolled. The general data, primary disease, surgical factors, postoperative factors, and laboratory parameters (preoperative D-dimer) were recorded. The correlation between the above data and DVTwere studied. Results The incidence of postoperative DVT in 513 patients was 8.97%.There were significant differences in age, hyperlipidemia, preoperative D-D,diabetes mellitus, operation time, prosthesis type, primary diseases, nursing methods, preoperative braking days,BMI,number of replacement joints, intraoperative blood loss, postoperative blood transfusion and bedridden time between DVT and non-DVT patients (P<0.05).There were no statistical differences in gender, smoking, anticoagulant drugs, anesthesia, hypertension, alcohol consumption, and type of replacement (P>0.05).Multivariate bivariate logistic analysis showed that age≥75 years,BMI≥28 kg/m2,diabetes,cemented prosthesis, and postoperative bed rest time ≥3 d were risk factors affecting DVT (P<0.05),evidencebased Nursing was a protective factor for DVT (P<0.05).Conclusion The occurrence of DVT after hip arthroplasty is affected by many factors. The clinical work should pay attention to identify the risk factors of DVT,and carry out targeted intervention, and combined with nursing work to reduce the incidence of DVT.
