摘要目的 研究修复旋前方肌对桡骨远端骨折术后腕部功能的影响。方法 选取2015年1月至2016年12月因桡骨远端骨折收入我院骨科的84例患者,随机将其分成A组(术中修复旋前方肌)42例和B组(术中不修复旋前方肌)42例进行掌侧入路切开复位内固定术。所有手术均由同一组手术医师完成,术后随访比较两组患者在术后2周、6周和12周的患侧腕部活动度、患侧握力、患侧上肢功能的臂肩手关节夹能(disability of arm shoulder and hand,DASH)评分和视觉模拟评分(visual analogue scale,VAS)。结果 术后6周两组患者的VAS评分比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),术后2周和12周两组的VAS评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),术后2周、6周、12周两组的腕关节活动度、握力、DASH评分比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 修复旋前方肌有助于改善患者术后早期疼痛,利于术后的康复锻炼,但对于术后患侧腕部活动度、握力及DASH并无明显影响。
