Abstract:Objective To study the diference of the Matrix metalloproteinase-3(MMP-3),CD200 and Interleukin-17 levels of the patients with plateau RA with osteoporosis patients before and after treatment with TFRD.Methods Tests on 38 patients before and after treatment with TFRD in RA with osteoporosis patients,the control group by administering TFRD (1 080 mg/d;after 8 week),all patients before treatment and after treatment for venous blood,using MMP-3,CD200 and IL-17 to detect the Western expression of blot.Results Compared with the control group,the MMP-3,IL-17 expression increased significantly and CD200 expression decreased in the former TFRD group of patients(P<0.05);after treatmen with TFRD,the MMP-3,IL-17 were decreased(P<0.05),the CD200 expression was increased significantly(P<0.05).Conclusion The MMP-3,CD200 and IL-17 may play an important role in the highlands of RA with OP patients,cytokines directly or indirectly affect immune function and inflammatory response,TFRD can effectively prevent osteoporosis patients degree of aggravation.
