摘要目的〓探讨钢板髓内钉协同内固定治疗胫骨平台骨折合并胫骨干骨折的临床疗效。方法〓回顾性分析2017年1月至2023年4月四川省骨科医院收治的14例胫骨平台骨折合并胫骨干骨折患者资料,其中男11例,女3例;年龄18~59岁,平均(41.14±11.29)岁。先行髓内钉固定胫骨干骨折,再钢板固定胫骨平台骨折。采用疼痛视觉模拟评分(visual analogue score,VAS)和美国特种外科医院(hospital for special surgery,HSS)膝关节功能评分评估临床疗效,达到Samantha X线评分5分为骨折愈合。结果〓患者术后随访8~76个月,平均(37.86±23.33)个月。均未出现切口感染、内固定失效及骨折不愈合等。骨折愈合时间3~8个月,平均(6.36±1.23)个月。术后VAS评分随时间推移下降,不同时间点比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。HSS评分随时间推移提高,不同时间点比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。末次随访14例患者HSS评分均>85分,疗效评定为优。结论〓髓内钉固定胫骨干骨折协同钢板固定胫骨平台骨折,固定牢靠,临床疗效满意。掌握相关手术技巧避免内固定置入物相互干扰是手术重点。
