改良FIFA11＋康复方案在全镜下踝外侧副韧带缝线增强修补术后的应用

摘要目的探讨改良“FIFA11＋”康复方案应用于踝关节镜下外侧副韧带缝线增强修补术后的临床疗效。方法选取2021年1月至2022年12月中国人民解放军北部战区总医院收治的训练伤致踝关节慢性不稳患者89例，均行踝关节镜下外侧副韧带缝线增强修补术。按术后康复方案分为观察组(改良FIFA11＋康复方案联合常规康复方案)和对照组(常规康复方案)。观察组43例，男41例，女2例；年龄19~40岁，平均(27.97±6.24)岁。对照组46例，男44例，女2例；年龄20~37岁，平均(28.45±5.76)岁。比较两组患肢疼痛视觉模拟评分(visual analogue scale，VAS)、肢体对称指数(limb symmetry index，LSI)、美国足踝外科协会(American orthopaedic foot and ankle society，AOFAS)踝-后足评分、Cumberland踝关节不稳问卷评分、Berg平衡量表、术后重返生活/运动人数比例及康复相关不良反应。结果患者均获随访，随访时间8~19个月，平均(10.83±2.32)个月。两组术后各评分指数较术前均有改善(P＜0.05)；术后3个月，观察组AOFAS评分、Cumberland踝关节不稳问卷评分、Berg平衡量表、LSI指数优于对照组(P＜0.05)；术后6个月，观察组AOFAS评分、LSI指数优于对照组(P＜0.05)。术后3、6个月观察组重返生活、运动情况优于对照组(P＜0.05)。两组患者术后均未出现康复相关不良反应。结论改良“FIFA11＋”康复方案有益于踝关节镜术后关节功能的早期恢复和重返运动且无严重不良反应的发生，推荐临床中应用。
