股骨颈骨溶解症1例报道

摘要骨溶解症，又称大块骨溶解症，是一种以特发性、进行性骨质溶解、吸收为特征的骨代谢疾病。该病首次由Jackson于1938年报道，Gorham和Stout于1955年又对该病进行了系统分析，提出病因可能为淋巴管瘤和多发性血管瘤，因此该病又称为Gorham-Stout综合征。骨溶解症是一种大量毛细血管及纤维组织增生，并伴有骨溶解为特征的罕见疾病，发病机理不明，髋关节骨溶解症更少见。现将2016年1月26日华北医疗健康集团邢台总医院关节骨科收治的1例股骨颈骨溶解症做回顾性分析，提高对大块骨溶解症的认识，避免误诊，现报告如下。
