摘要股骨头坏死(osteonecrosis of the femoral head,ONFH)是好发于中青年髋关节的一种渐近性、难治性疾病,其病理进程为坏死与修复交织进行。髋关节疼痛提示股骨头内不稳定或塌陷状态,然而病变进展至塌陷期易导致负重区软骨下不可逆的损害,最终导致股骨头塌陷、骨关节炎发生,从而失去保髋治疗的时机。此时人工关节置换成为唯一选择,而人工假体有使用年限,尤其对于年轻患者存在多次翻修的可能,因此,保髋治疗仍具有很高的临床和社会意义。早中期的ONFH保髋治疗具有明显优势,能够中止或逆转ONFH的自然进程,获得良好疗效。目前,保髋治疗主要包括非手术治疗和手术治疗两个方面,本文就近几年来临床上有关ONFH的保髋治疗概况作一综述,为临床提供参考。
