摘要 目的 探讨经皮埋入垂直褥式缝合法在缝合脊柱微创手术切口中的应用。方法 2017年12月至2019年7月，对167例脊柱微创手术患者的195处切口采用经皮埋入垂直褥式缝合法缝合，其中男69例，女98例；年龄17~89岁，平均(56.7±18.4)岁。观察切口是否对合良好，能否有效止血，有无感染。结果 单一切口缝合时间35~128 s，平均(52±12)s。所有切口均获得良好对合，并有效止血，无切口感染发生。缝合时发生缝线穿绕31例(15.9%)，因缝线穿绕造成缝线断裂1例，重新缝合；2例因缝线穿绕后打结不紧而重新缝合。89例切口出现不同程度皮下硬结，发生率45.6%，2个月后逐渐减轻。结论 经皮埋入垂直褥式缝合法可应用于切口长度在5~15 mm之间，局部皮肤厚韧且张力高的部位，缝合深度约10~15 mm。尤其适用于脊柱微创手术切口的缝合，可以推广至腹腔镜、胸腔镜等微创手术切口的皮肤缝合。
