摘要随着人口老龄化,脊柱相关疾病也日益增加,由于脊柱内固定技术及内植物的运用持续发展,使手术治疗广泛开展,脊柱术后手术部位感染(surgical site infection,SSI)也随之增多。脊柱术后SSI是指术后发生于脊柱切口(表面皮肤和皮下组织的浅表感染)、手术深部器官或腔隙的感染(深部感染)。脊柱术后SSI是一种灾难性的并发症,发生率为0.2%~20.0%,对预后有破坏性影响:增加了手术失败的风险,严重影响患者生活质量,增加了患者不必要的痛苦。
因此,探索有效地治疗和预防脊柱术后SSI的发生显得尤为重要,但是关于标准治疗指南尚无共识。本文通过阐述脊柱术后SSI的常见危险因素及致病菌、诊断、治疗、预防等,可以为脊柱外科医生在围手术期的管理和决策提供可靠依据,并有效降低感染率、增加治愈率、减轻患者痛苦、降低医疗成本等。
