摘要肩胛盂缘上唇前后位损伤(superior labrum anterior and posterior,SLAP)是指肩胛盂缘上唇自前向后的撕脱,常常累及肱二头肌长头腱附着处,是导致患者慢性肩痛和肩部不稳定的常见原因。随着对肩部疾病的不断研究,SLAP损伤也逐渐被学者们所重视。但是由于其损伤机制复杂,治疗方法多样,加之系统资料的缺乏,故至今仍然是骨科领域一大难题。本文通过总结与探讨国内外现有文献,对SLAP病变的损伤机制和治疗的研究进展进行评述。
