上颈椎并不连续下颈椎骨折的特征及治疗进展

摘要上颈椎并不连续下颈椎骨折指上颈椎及下颈椎同时发生骨折，且两处骨折之间至少间隔一个正常节段，是脊柱节段不连续性骨折类型之一，又被称为“漂浮颈椎”。其受伤机制相对单节段颈椎损伤复杂，常由垂直压缩和屈曲压重复合暴力导致颈椎多节段不连续骨折。高能量暴力造成颈椎原发骨折损伤往往较重，暴力沿着颈椎或上或下传导，多在颈椎生物力学薄弱地方造成相邻或间隔继发损害，常合并躯体其他部位的损伤及不同程度的神经功能损伤，严重威胁患者的生命健康。近年来上颈椎并不连续下颈椎骨折发病率呈逐年上升的趋势，但目前对其特征及治疗缺乏文献总结。笔者就上颈椎并不连续下颈椎骨折的特征及治疗进行综述如下，给骨科医生的临床诊疗提供参考。
