医疗失效模式与效应分析在脊髓损伤患者压力性损伤预防管理中的应用研究

摘要目的〓分析基于医疗失效模式与效应分析(healthcare failure mode and effects analysis，HFMEA)的脊髓损伤(spinal cord injury，SCI)患者压力性损伤(pressure injury，PI)预防管理的应用效果。方法〓选取内蒙古医科大学附属医院骨科2022年1月至2022年6月收治的36例SCI患者为对照组，给予实施常规的预防PI护理，其中男30例，女6例；年龄22~73岁，平均(52.00±13.05)岁。选取2022年8月至2023年1月收治的37例SCI患者为实验组，在对照组基础上使用HFMEA管理模式，其中男32例，女5例；年龄19~69岁，平均(54.67±11.60)岁。评价PI发生率、PI护理质量缺陷频次、医疗风险优先指数。结果〓实验组PI发生率、PI护理质量缺陷频次、医疗风险优先指数均较对照组明显下降(P＜0.05)。结论〓应用HFMEA有助于提高SCI患者PI护理质量，降低SCI患者PI发生率，保障患者安全。
