摘要双侧股四头肌腱断裂临床上较为少见，多见于各种慢性疾病，如系统性红斑狼疮、类风湿性关节炎、慢性肾脏病、结核病、强直性脊柱炎、继发性甲状旁腺功能亢进等慢性疾病。慢性肾脏病患者多伴随全身多系统功能障碍，其中慢性肾脏病矿物质和骨异常(chronic kidney disease-mineral and bone disorder，CKDMBD)是慢性肾脏病患者特有的并发症，肾脏无法排除多余的磷及肠道对钙的吸收减少，引起继发性甲状旁腺功能亢进、骨钙化异常、骨质疏松、骨折等。2022年5月上海中医药大学附属曙光医院收治1例肾衰竭伴自发性双侧股四头肌腱断裂患者，现报告如下。
