富血小板血浆在慢性难愈性创面中的研究进展

摘要在过去的几十年里，细胞和分子生物学的发展以及创面愈合和组织再生过程的科学进步，促进了新型多学科领域的研究和发展，如再生医学和组织工程。富血小板血浆(platelet-rich plasma，PRP)的出现和应用使再生医学领域发生了革命性的变化，PRP是一种用于刺激和加速组织愈合的新型生物技术，其生物学效应主要归因于其中的血小板分泌体和血浆信号蛋白等成分，PRP可在不同的病理微环境下，通过不同的再生机制，包括止血，炎症，血管生成和细胞外基质的合成等促进创面愈合，缩短创面愈合的时间，此外PRP还能减轻水肿、瘢痕和疼痛，降低感染率，间接地降低截肢率，提高患者的生活质量，减少医疗费用支出。这种方法的多功能性和生物相容性及其简易的制备方案促进了它在许多医学领域的应用，包括骨科、牙周、口腔外科、颌面外科、心脏外科、整形外科、运动医学等学科。本文旨在对PRP在慢性难愈性创面的研究进展做一综述。
