摘要 目的 探讨术中解剖标志引导下,徒手置入后路经第2骶椎骶髂螺钉固定技术方法可行性及准确性。方法 2016年4月至2018年8月,对收治的12例住院患者共计完成22枚后路经第2骶椎骶髂(second sacral alailiac,S-2AI)螺钉的徒手置钉操作,记录术中透视S2AI螺钉一次性置钉成功率、单枚螺钉置钉所需时间,术后均常规对腰骶部采用CT扫描,通过断层观察术后置钉结果。结果 12例患者共置入22枚螺钉(其中2例患者为单侧置钉,其余为双侧置钉),术中透视记录一次性置钉成功19枚,成功率86%,单枚螺钉置钉所需平均时间为(145.6±45.8)s,术后CT扫描依据Oh分级法评定,其中0级20枚,1级1枚,2级1枚。其中0级占比90.1%,2枚发生皮质穿破的螺钉均从骶髂关节部髂骨内侧皮质穿出。结论 依靠术中解剖标志引导的后路经第2骶椎骶髂螺钉徒手置钉技术具有可行性及应用前景。
