摘要 踝关节是人体重要的负重关节,踝关节韧带损伤(又名踝关节扭伤)是常见的运动医学损伤,外踝扭伤更为常见,约占85%,大约40%的创伤性踝关节损伤发生在运动期间。目前对于踝关节韧带损伤的诊断、治疗和预防做的不够完善,本文对外踝韧带损伤的诊断、治疗和预防进展进行综述,旨在为临床医师提供参考,能够给予患者个体化的治疗方案,减轻患者踝关节疼痛以及改善运动功能,使患者能够较快地重返工作和运动,避免长期慢性踝关节不稳而带来的创伤性关节炎。
