摘要 随着人口老龄化的加剧，老年骨盆骨折患者的数量逐年增加。由于大多数骨折移位并不严重，老年骨盆骨折患者常选择卧床保守治疗。但老年人常存在重要脏器功能储备较差，长时间卧床可能会导致较多并发症发生，甚至危及生命。近年来，针对不稳定性骨盆骨折，微创手术治疗开展逐年增多，疗效满意。2017年8月，我科收治的1例高龄骨盆后环不稳定骨折患者，首创一种经皮微创骶髂关节联合髂前下棘的钉棒内固定方式进行复位固定，取得良好效果，现报道如下。
