腰椎间孔成形技术在脊柱内镜手术应用中的研究进展

摘要经皮椎间孔镜技术最早出现在20世纪90年代。近来年，随着光学技术的进步和仪器设备的改良，内窥镜手术系统逐渐发展、成熟。脊柱内窥镜与腰椎间孔成形技术相结合，可以有效扩大腰椎间孔，使内窥镜通过椎间孔顺利进入椎管内，不仅适用于各节段椎间盘突出症的患者，更加适用于合并腰椎侧隐窝狭窄或椎间孔狭窄的患者，扩大了经皮椎间孔脊柱内镜手术的适应证。除此之外，该手术的皮肤切口只需要8 mm，术中出血平均20 mL，术后仅缝1针或切口粘合，是脊柱外科手术中创伤最小、效果最好的微创疗法。本文将针对经皮脊柱内镜手术中的关键技术腰椎间孔成形术的研究进展作一综述。
