摘要 缝合锚钉的固定理论源于美国南德克萨斯州农场地下沉坠物支持篱柱原理,钢丝捆绑的沉坠物通过与地面呈45°沉坠角埋入地下,钢丝的另一端牵拉及固定地面上的建筑物。随着对锚钉固定原理认识的深入以及锚钉的不断更新换代,缝合锚钉在肌肉骨骼系统损伤中得到了广泛的应用。本文就国内外文献上关于缝合锚钉的应用情况进行概述。
