经皮加压钢板治疗青壮年股骨颈骨折临床观察

摘要目的观察经皮加压钢板治疗青壮年股骨颈骨折的临床疗效。方法自2012年1月至2015年1月来江苏省无锡市第三人民医院采用闭合复位经皮加压钢板内固定系统(percutaneous comperssion plating，PCCP)内固定治疗股骨颈骨折38 例，男性17 例，女性21 例；年龄27～60岁，平均年龄42.9岁。车祸伤23 例，跌伤13 例，高处坠落伤2 例。均为闭合性骨折，无明显合并症。Garden分型，Ⅰ型2 例，Ⅱ型8 例，Ⅲ24 例，Ⅳ型4 例。结果 6 例失访，其余32 例随访16～32个月，平均21个月。平均住院时间(7±3.27)d，骨折愈合时间(13.72±2.84)周、末次Harris髋关节功能评分(93.29±6.14)分。优17 例，良14 例，可1 例，优良率97%。1 例延迟愈合，无股骨头坏死。所有患者无螺钉松动、退钉、颈干角变小等并发症，疗效满意。结论 PCCP治疗股骨颈骨折具有创伤小、恢复快、并发症少、功能恢复好等优点，是治疗股骨颈骨折的一种疗效确切的方法。
