摘要 膝关节单髁置换(unicompartmental knee arthroplasty,UKA)是针对终末期单间室骨关节炎的一种行之有效的手术方法,目前多用于内侧单间室膝关节病变的治疗,与全膝关节置换(total knee arthroplasty,TKA)相比,具有更好的活动度改善、更快的功能恢复、更接近自然的步态、更好的运动学提升及更少的并发症的优势。目前,UKA置入假体的两种固定类型是骨水泥型和生物型,两种类型在假体设计、手术操作、术后临床疗效及并发症方面存在差异。UKA术中选择哪一种假体最合适仍然没有明确结论,目前最常见的是Oxford UKA假体(见图1~2)。本文拟对骨水泥型和生物型Oxford UKA在假体设计、手术操作、临床疗效、影像学表现及假体生存率的差异进行系统总结、对比,旨在为临床医生在实际操作中选择合适的Oxford UKA假体提供参考。
