摘要 髌骨脱位是股骨滑车与髌骨关节面完全失去接触,并至少出现一次脱位。造成髌骨不稳原因多样,且有多种方案治疗髌骨不稳,如胫骨结节止点内移、外侧髌韧带松解、内侧支持带紧缩、股骨滑车成形术。
内侧髌股韧带(medial patella femoral ligament,MPFL)在维持髌骨稳定方面起主要作用。研究证明,MPFL重建是有效的。本文综合学习了相关文献,对不同重建方式的优缺点进行比较,对手术疗效和功能康复进行评估。
