摘要孤立性骨浆细胞瘤(solitary plasmacytoma of bone，SPB)指在没有多发性骨髓瘤其他特征的情况下由浆细胞的单个克隆组成的局部肿瘤。发生在脊柱的SPB发病率低，起病隐匿，首发症状是病椎附近的局部疼痛，多为隐痛，逐渐加重至难以忍受的剧痛，多数患者因病灶侵犯脊髓或神经根出现神经症状就诊，严重可致脊柱病理骨折，早期表现无特异性，诊断困难。2019年12月5日昆明医科大学第一附属医院收治1例上胸椎SPB患者，现报告如下。
