三角纤维软骨复合体损伤的诊断及治疗进展

摘要三角纤维软骨复合体(triangular fibrocartilage complex，TFCC)是腕关节的重要稳定装置之一，尤其对于下尺桡关节的稳定性具有十分重要的作用，同时具有承受、缓冲和传递腕关节轴向压力的作用，在尺骨中性变异时负责传递大约20%的轴向负荷。当TFCC结构紊乱或损伤时，将导致腕关节尺侧疼痛和腕关节功能障碍。目前TFCC已日益受到外科医生的重视，随着对TFCC研究的不断深入，其解剖、功能及诊断方法等研究逐步完善，治疗理念也不断更新。但对于TFCC的诊断标准及治疗方式的选择一直是外科医生面临的难题，本文就近些年来TFCC损伤诊治进展做一综述。
