以食管型颈椎病为表现的强直性脊柱炎1例报告

摘要食管型颈椎病专指由于颈椎椎体前缘巨大骨赘形成，压迫食管、气管，影响食管、气管的活动，以咽部异物感、吞咽困难及呼吸困难等为主要临床表现的颈椎病。颈椎椎体前缘骨赘(anterior cervical osteophytes，ACOs)形成的病因众多，以弥漫性特发性骨肥厚症(diffuse idiopathic skeletal hyperostosis，DISH)和强直性脊柱炎(ankylosing spondylitis，AS)最为常见。目前国内外对食管型颈椎病的报道中病因主要为DISH，对于AS引起的食管型颈椎病鲜有报道，本文就1例以食管型颈椎病为表现的强直性脊柱炎病例报告如下。
