足踝骨髓水肿综合征的研究进展

摘要足踝骨髓水肿综合征是一种临床少见的自限性疾病，该病多无明显外伤史，其特点是原因不明的肢体疼痛和骨髓间质液增多，通常病程早期可在MRI上出现骨髓水肿征象，约1个月后X线片上可出现弥漫性骨质疏松。目前对骨髓水肿综合征的研究尚浅，足踝骨髓水肿综合征的正确诊断往往因患病率低和无特异性征象而延误。因此，本文从历史、流行病学、病因及发病机制、病理生理学、临床症状、影像学及实验室检查、诊断与鉴别诊断、治疗方面对足踝骨髓水肿综合征作一综述。
