摘要 目的 研究设计建立一个测量及评判模型,以期适用于韧带重建术后骨隧道的扩大。方法 我们对2015年6月至2017年10月在我科进行的42例交叉韧带重建手术患者术后骨隧道进行了测量。其中男35例,女7例;年龄14~45岁,平均25.04岁。致伤原因:运动伤32例,高处跌落伤7例,车祸伤5例;受伤时间2~168周,平均18周。急性损伤6例,亚急性损伤11例,慢性损伤25例。结果 术中骨隧道钻孔直径为0.55~0.75cm,平均为(0.601 3±0.021 8)cm;经术后测量加权均数为0.532 45~0.752 60 cm,平均为(0.610 7±0.050 9)cm;钻孔值与加权均数比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),相关系数为0.952。结论 该测量方法可以真实反映骨隧道大小,可适用于交叉韧带重建术后骨隧道扩大的研究。
