解剖锁定板结合Herbert螺钉治疗Hahn-Steinthal骨折

摘要目的探讨应用肱骨髁后外侧解剖锁定板结合Herbert螺钉治疗Hahn-Steinthal骨折的临床效果。方法分析2012年1月至2021年5月联勤保障部队第九〇〇医院仓山院区骨科采用外侧入路切开复位肱骨髁后外侧解剖锁定板结合Herbert螺钉内固定治疗的11例HahnSteinthal骨折患者资料，其中男8例，女3例；年龄17~56岁，平均(32.6±14.2)岁；左侧4例，右侧7例；均为闭合性骨折。术后随访观察骨折愈合情况和关节功能恢复情况。结果 11例均获随访，术后1、2、3、6、9、12、24个月随访复查，骨折均愈合，愈合时间为8~16周，平均(12.3±3.6)周。术后6个月患肢肘关节功能按照BrobergMorrey标准评价，优8例，良3例。结论应用解剖锁定板结合Herbert螺钉治疗Hahn-Steinthal骨折，术中固定更加牢靠，术后肘关节功能恢复优良，临床疗效满意，值得临床推广应用。
