Abstract Objective To verify whether there is a difference between the X-ray measurement of lower limbs and the 3D reconstruction measurement. Methods 22 patients with tibial varus deformity and knee medialcompartmental osteoarthritisadmittedfrom June 2016 to July 2018,which included a total of 23 knee.Weobtained the difference betweent X-ray and 3d reconstruction measurement of MPTA,LDFA and PSA respectively. Results There was statistical difference between X-ray measured MPTA (84.5±3.9)° and 3d reconstruction measurement of MPTA (82.0±3.1)°.There was no statistical difference between Xray measured LDFA ( 87.7±2.7)° and 3d reconstruction measurement of LDFA (88.0±2.3)°.There was no statistical difference between X-ray measured PSA(11.4±3.9)° and 3d reconstruction measurement of PSA (12.5±3.5)°.Conclusion For patients need HTO,X-ray measurement can provide relatively reliable results in normal anatomical angle measurement. However, for abnormalanatomical angle, especially the angle that may affect surgical selection, surgical plan and postoperative efficacy, the 3D reconstruction measurement is more accurate.
