全膝关节置换术中灌注“鸡尾酒”疗法的优势分析

Abstract Objective To detect the clinical results of intraarticular cocktail application in TKA.Methods 102 patients underwent total knee arthroplasty at Beijing TsinghuaChanggung Hospital.52 patients in intraarticular injection group，11 were male and 41 were female，with an average age of (68.2±6.4)years old.50 patients in tissue injection group，including 16 males and 34 females，with an average age of (63.8±12.5)years old.The difference of visual analogue scale (VAS)，hemoglobin (Hb) and Albumin(Alb) between two groupswere analyzed.Results There was no difference in Hb and Alb between two groups，otherwise，the VAS of 24 hours postoperative in intraarticular injection group was significant lower than tissue injection group.Conclusion Although intraarticular cocktail injection can not give a significantly advantage to traditional method，but it can obviously reduce pain in long.In addition，intraarticular cocktail injection has many advantages such as simple injection and saving operation time compared with tissue injection after TKA.
