摘要 目的 观察BTE PrimusRS系统对膝关节前交叉韧带损伤重建术后恢复期下肢肌萎缩和功能的影响。方法 回顾性分析2016年10月至2018年3月我院行膝关节前交叉韧带损伤重建术患者46例,根据术后肌力训练方式分为两组。治疗组患者23例,男19例,女4例;年龄(27.18±1.47)岁,身高(177.62±3.68)cm,体重(77.64±3.71)kg,采用BTE PrimusRS系统进行肌力和关节活动度训练。对照组患者23例,男20例,女3例,年龄(26.76±1.34)岁,身高(178.14±4.17)cm,体重(78.02±3.65)kg,按照徒手肌力和关节活动度训练方法进行康复。分别在术后3个月、6个月评价患肢大腿周径和Tegner Lysholm评分。对所观察数据采用t检验进行分析。结果 术后6周时两组患肢大腿周径和Tegner Lysholm评分差异有统计学意义(P>0.05);术后3个月两组患者大腿周径的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),Tegner Lysholm评分差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);术后6个月两组患者大腿周径的差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),Tegner Lysholm评分差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 膝关节前交叉韧带损伤重建术后多伴有股四头肌萎缩和膝关节功能障碍,BTE PrimusRS系统可以有效增加ACL重建术后患者大腿的周径并恢复膝关节运动功能,步行能力及膝关节整体功能表现。
